We utilise a state-of-the-art, bespoke content management system (CMS) that allows for extensive customisation of your website. Each website package offers varying levels of customisation, and additional charges may apply based on your specific needs. Our CMS is designed to be highly user-friendly, and to ensure you’re comfortable using it, we provide a free training session once your website is complete.

Once we have completed the design of your website, we will provide you with a link to view the first draft. You’ll have access to all website pages and can navigate the website as if you were a customer. This allows you to review the design and request any amendments, which we will make at no extra cost*. After implementing the changes, you can use the same link to view the updated website. Please note that additional revisions beyond the first draft may incur extra charges.

We will complete the design of your website within 4-6 weeks of receiving your content. If needed, we can also assist by creating content for you and providing photos for your website, though additional charges will apply. For more details, please contact us.

Once your new website design is complete, you'll need to choose one of our monthly hosting plans to make your website live on the internet. We have designed a straightforward and painless content upload process to simplify the way you share your information with us. Additionally, if you require photos, we offer a service to source them for you at an additional cost. For an online business, the quality of your website photos can be a crucial factor in making a strong impression on potential customers. High-quality, professionally edited photos can significantly enhance the presentation of your products and services, potentially boosting your ability to attract and convert visitors. Poor-quality images may hinder your website's effectiveness and limit your reach.

Once we finish editing your digital photos, they will more accurately represent and showcase your offerings, which can positively impact your earning potential. Basic photo editing is included in our Professional and The Works packages, with additional photo editing available for other packages at an extra cost. We require a 50% deposit before we begin designing your website. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the work. Please note that no websites will be made live until full payment has been received. If the final cost of your website increases due to additional products, extra pages, or further customisation, you will need to make an additional payment to ensure that the total deposit remains 50% of the final price.

Once we have completed the design of your website, you will receive your own login to our content management system (CMS). This will give you full control over your website content with no restrictions. Through the CMS, you’ll be able to manage a range of features, including changing email passwords, adding new email accounts, updating your logo, registering new domain names, modifying website hosting plans, paying your account, and editing website information. You can also add photos, update product listings, adjust pricing, change banners, and modify fonts, among other functionalities.

Once your website is complete, we will provide you with instructions for setting up your email accounts. Please note that we do not assist with configuring email on your devices. For help with email setup on your devices, we recommend consulting your device’s support resources or seeking assistance from your business’s IT consultant.

All our website packages include a complimentary 1-hour training session, where we will demonstrate how to make future changes to your website. This session typically takes place on Zoom or Skype, allowing us to share our screen and guide you through the process. If you prefer, we can also handle future updates and additions for you at an additional cost. Should you require more than the included hour of training, a charge of $50 + GST applies for each additional 30 minutes.

We offer a grammar check of your website once the design is complete. This service involves reviewing your website for spelling and punctuation errors, as well as suggesting improvements to enhance your content. The cost of this service depends on the amount of content you have. Please let us know if you would like a quote for this service once your website is finished.
